Sheijong, who hails from the north-east of Paris in the 19th arrondissement, embodies a new wave of DJs. As a member of Paris Noir, a collective with multi-cultural influences, Sheijong blends Bailfunk, shatta, afrobeat and UK garage, exploiting this cultural richness to create an immersive musical experience. Inspired by music from an early age, it was in 2021 that he decided to take the plunge and get behind the turntables, the place where he likes to hone his technique with a discipline all his own.
