Jacquemus unveils a surprise capsule for the festive season

The Christmas lights are starting to come up, and the magic is gradually taking hold in our children’s hearts. And Simon Porte Jacquemus understands this. On 6 November, the brand released a surprise capsule dedicated entirely to Christmas. Headlined by it-girl model Kendall Jenner, the collection includes no fewer than 80 pieces combining ready-to-wear, accessories, jewellery, shoes and more!

Red, green, white, gold – the theme is set. These emblematic Christmas colours are also the ones that make up this collection. At first glance, the ready-to-wear part of this capsule seems to be cosy, warming yet chic and sometimes even quirky.

One of our favourite pieces is the Pilou long coat, made from 100% lambskin. Available in white and red, this coat inspires softness but above all comfort.

Then we have the Pilou set, consisting of the headband and skirt, also made from lambskin. The combination of low waist and short top is undoubtedly an echo of Y2K fashion.

Jacquemus is revisiting its must-have accessories, such as the Chiquito. For this collection, the Chiquito is dressed in gold and silver. Giving it a festive edge.

Le Chouchou is also dressed to the nines for the occasion. Clad in burgundy-red satin, the mini puffed bag adds a touch of elegance to any outfit.

In terms of footwear, the pair we’ve chosen is the Regalo high sandal. At once quirky with its fur and chic with its gold detailing, this pair of heels is sure to be a hit at the festive season.

Last but not least, THE pair that rocked the social networks were the Pilou boots. Black velvet and lambskin fur, these boots (which are undoubtedly a nod to Santa’s boots) bring together everything that’s most glamorous!

Simon Porte Jacquemus didn’t stop at clothes and accessories for this capsule. It’s not Christmas without a Christmas tree, is it? Well, the brand thought of that too. This year, why not opt for a full Jacquemus tree? To mark the occasion, Jacquemus has also included tree decorations in its capsule. The Chiquito and Bambino could well adorn the branches of your tree!

And that’s not all. To liven up your New Year’s Eve, Jacquemus has brought out a Kapla game as well as a card game.

This surprise capsule follows the surprise drop (yes, they are inspired at Jacquemus) of the collaboration with Nike. Released on 26 October, the mini collection comprises a long-sleeved T-shirt, a lace-up bra and sports socks, all available in brown, pink and white. The J Force 1 has also made a comeback in orange, echoing the Mediterranean origins of Simon Porte Jacquemus.
